Firemen abseiling down the side of Burlington House in Dover on 27 OCT 2008. Burlington House is a derelict skyscraper which has been empty for several years and is awaiting demolition as part of the regeneration scheme for the whole area, designated the DTIZ (Dover Town Investment Zone).
